Professional Investigator Program
The Professional Investigator Program consists of 8 core courses which lay the foundational skills necessary to be a successful investigator. The course is a part-time, 6 month session which allows students to continue concurrent employment.
The Professional Investigator Program offers students a sound educational background and real life training in the field of Investigation.
The Institute awards a diploma for satisfactory completion of coursework with a minimum of 2.0 cumulative grade point average. The diploma in Professional Investigation is based on the student's demonstrated skill and technical ability to perform identified tasks of this profession. In addition, students will be evaluated on their abilities in reading text materials and faculty generated handouts; writing assignments, observing skills both in and out of the classroom, listening to specific instructions, and speaking before the instructor and class during recitation of assignments.
